Process worker’s compensation incidents, claims, and FMLA paperwork, ensuring accurate tracking
Provide consultation and support to hiring managers throughout the hiring process
Ensure all HR activities align with organizational policies and the overall mission
Maintain knowledge of employment laws, including EEOC and affirmative action
Attend staff meetings, team meetings, and relevant trainings
