Experience: fresher to 2 years

Salary Range- Min 12,000 per month
Roles & Responsibilities:
Should perform end to end recruitment process & source candidates from various platformsDesign & update job descriptionsTake telephonic interviews, screen incoming resumes & application formsAct as a consultant to new hires & help them onboardResponsible for managing & administration of the company Payroll shared services and ensuring compliance and accuracy in monthly Payroll activitiesVerification & Reconciliation of monthly payrollEnsure Monthly payroll provisions to Accounts departmentExcellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skillsStrong leadership and managerial skills.Excellent communication skills.
