Responsibilities
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day HR functions, with a primary focus on HR system implementation and administration
You will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing HR technologies like ADP, BambooHR, ensuring smooth HR operations, and supporting our growing team
Implement, configure, and manage HRIS platforms such as ADP, BambooHR, or other HR management systems
Ensure the smooth running and maintenance of HR platforms, including updating employee records, processing payroll, benefits administration, and performance tracking
Act as the point of contact for troubleshooting issues and ensuring timely resolution of system-related problems
Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirements
Generate regular reports from the HR system to track metrics such as turnover, employee performance, and other key HR KPIs
Assist with data migration, system integration, and other technical aspects of HR systems
HR Operations & Process Improvement:
Streamline HR processes by leveraging technology to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks
Work closely with other departments (Finance, IT, etc.)

Key Responsibilities:

HR Systems Management:
• Implement, configure, and manage HRIS platforms such as ADP, BambooHR, or other HR management systems.
