JOB DESCRIPTION FOR HR TRAINEE
About Role:
• Create and post job listings across various job portals
• Shortlist candidates based on their resumes and schedule interviews with the hiring managers.
• Manage HR activities such as offer letters, joining letter, etc.,
• Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.
• Assist with employee engagement activities and events.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.
• Assist with other HR-related tasks as required.
Skills Required:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a plus.
• Tech-savvy
Academic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
