HR Training Program

• Our Training Program aims to prepare mothers and new students with practical exposure and hands-on working again - On-Job learning & Working in a supportive environment with guided learning - you will be ready for your next big move.
• You will be getting exposure to sourcing, attracting, and selecting Candidates. Also, you will be working on ATS & Office365 with proper training & workshops, further, to track the progress & guide - daily review and performance metrics are used in this training program.
Duration- 450 hours for 3 months on a Flexible Basis / 5-6 hours daily.
Required Skill Set:
• The minimum educational requirement is a bachelor's degree.
• knowledge of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
• Good in both verbal and written communication.
Practical Training Exposure
• You will be working on lates technology tools such as ATS & Office 365.
• Training regarding profiles, screening, shortlisting.
• Working on various clients' vacancies.
• posting jobs on social media and portals.
• Candidate co-ordination for shortlisting process.
• Daily Review for clarity and performance of learning.
• Soft Skill Training by giving presentations.
Must have
• Laptop/Computer
• Good WIFI connection
• Time availability - 5-6 hours/day
