Role description
Job Description Audit Management:
1) Managing internal and external audits of HR Function
2) Ensure effective stakeholder management w.r.t. closure of audit observations
3) Ensure minimizing audit observations in all final audit reports
4) Reduce & close IFCirregularities for payroll, resignation, retirals
5) Keeping track record of Open/Closed observations
6) Ensure all Audit Reports pertaining to HR Operations to be delivered to Senior Managementon a timely manner for the Review Process Control:
1) Cleansing of data across verticals, and peripheral softwareto ensure a uniform MIS experience.
2) Data cleaning & synchronization in Fusion & TSR
3) Master Maintenance for Fusion
4) Ensure Payroll Control checks on monthly basis
5) Process control to ensure better financial and operational control Efficiency in Operations:
1) Preparing, Monitaring and improvment in Level of Efficiency in Operations (LEO) score and dashboard to be publish on monthly basis.
2) Ensure effective stakeholder management w.r.t. to availment of Mandatory Leave as per Staturoty Requirements and to be delivered/update to Senior Management on a timely manner for the review.
3) Ensure effectifve stakeholder managment w.r.t. to Staff Rotation excersie as per Statutory Requirements and to be delivered/update to senior management on a timely manner for the review.
