Job description
Responsibilities:
• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with team and project goals
• Support managers in performance reviews, feedback, and employee development
• Lead onboarding to ensure smooth integration anda positive new hire experience
• Address employee issues, conflicts, and disciplinary actions fairly and as per policy
• Foster a positive culture through engagement and retention initiatives
• Use HR data to identify trends and improve processes
• Support org changes like restructuring or transitions with clarity and care
• Resolve employee grievances promptly and in line with company policies
• Guide managers in handling team dynamics and people-related challenges
• Encourage open communication across teams, HR, and leadership
• Drive team collaboration, performance, and retention strategies
• Coach managers on decision-making, communication, and team support
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably from Tier 1 institutions)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Human Resources in any industry
• Excellent command of English and Hindi and Knowledge
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
