Sales Hunters professionals needed!
We need seasoned Hunters with minimum 7+ years Sales experience.
• 7+ years Sales experience with a Tier I or II Systems Integrator / IT Outsourcing firm selling IT Solution, IT consulting & outsourcing Services in the Indian Markets.
• Based in Mumbai
• Strong ‘hunter’ profile with a proven track record of opening new logos and over-achieving sales revenue growth targets.
• Strong understanding of the Banking Financial Services, must have a specialization in selected industry vertical with strong understanding of the marketplace challenges & trends as well as strong industry ecosystem connects (CXO, C-1 client stakeholders, domain platform vendors).
• ‘Self-starter’ who will ‘run’ his/her business like an entrepreneur, be a ‘innovative order maker’ vs. an order-taker and be quickly able to qualify & close deals.
• Ability to be creative in deal-making and commercial deal constructs; take ownership and move a team (presales, delivery, finance towards a common goal of successful deal closure.
• Ability to build strong CXO relationships, clearly articulate ‘value’ and create a ‘trusted advisor’ status.
• BFSI experience a MUST!
Responsibilities
• Demonstrate outstanding Business Development skills (Sales).
• Achieve QoQ and Annual revenue growth targets set for the account. Demonstrate proven skills with Order book protection and consistent revenue & margin growth.
• Candidate must be adept at Account Mapping, Competition Management, Penetrating new areas, Identifying & closing opportunities outside of ‘RFP’ process
• Proven Client & Stakeholder management (CIO orgabization).
• Manage the end-to-end sales process for all opportunities including initial client communication, on-site presentations, RFI response, multi-day client workshops, RFP submission, negotiation and deal signing. The candidate is the focal point for all communication and sales activities with prospects and customers.
• Work in close collaboration with delivery & presales teams to ensure that proposed offerings and services fully meet customers’ business and technology needs.
• Ensure total client satisfaction through the life cycle of the relationship.
• Adhere to all Sales, Human Resource, and corporate ethical policies, standards and guidelines.
• Demonstrate outstanding communication and presentation skills to establish interest, credibility and trust.
Travel Requirements
• The candidate is expected to travel regularly to regional prospect and customer locations to support lead generation, sales presentations, contract negotiations, engagement implementation, and ongoing relationship building.
