Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Maintaining and repairing plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
• Performing routine PPMs (Predictive Preventative Maintenance) to ensure the efficient operation of systems.
• Responding to reactive maintenance requests to resolve mechanical issues promptly.
• Unblocking toilets and resolving other plumbing-related issues.
• Working with AHUs, FCUs, TMVs, VRVs, and other HVAC equipment.
• Flushing and testing plumbing systems to ensure proper function.
• Ensuring compliance with L8 awareness regulations.
