We're hiring a motivated Air Conditioning Engineer (or Building Services Engineer with strong A/C expertise) for installation, maintenance, fault finding, and repairs. This role offers genuine skill-building, qualifications support (e.g., F-Gas if needed), and advancement in a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, commission, and service air conditioning systems (splits, multi-splits, VRF/VRV, chilled beams, and associated controls)
Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive call-outs, fault diagnosis, and repairs
Work on diverse commercial and high-end residential projects across London
Ensure full compliance with F-Gas regulations, health & safety standards, and industry best practices
Deliver high-quality work with excellent attention to detail and customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For (Must-Haves):
Proven hands-on experience in air conditioning / HVAC installation, service, maintenance, and fault-finding
Full UK driving licence (essential – company vehicle provided)
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to safety
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team
Desirable (Full Training & Support Provided):
F-Gas Category 1 certification (City & Guilds 2079 or equivalent)
NVQ Level 2/3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or similar
Experience with VRF/VRV systems and commercial environments
