Job Description:
As an HVAC Installation Helper, you will assist lead installers with residential HVAC system installations. This role is perfect for someone who is hands-on, coachable, and ready to build a long-term career in the HVAC industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the installation of residential heating and cooling systems
Load and unload tools and materials
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow instructions from lead installers and supervisors
Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Follow all company policies and safety guidelines
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Professional, presentable appearance and excellent customer service skills
Highly motivated, eager to learn, and dependable
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is a plus (willing to train the right candidate)
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
