This position falls under the provisions of the Older Adult Protective Services Act

Work hours are 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch

THE POSITION

The Department of Human Services, South Mountain Restoration Center, is seeking an HVAC Refrigeration Maintenance Mechanic to join our team of dedicated maintenance professionals. In this role, you will ensure that the center's HVAC, refrigeration, and retherm equipment operates effectively to ensure the comfort and safety of our residents. DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In this position, you will monitor temperatures and maintain all ice machines, air conditioners, refrigerators, freezers, milk coolers, and walk-in boxes that store residents' food. Work Schedule and Additional Information:
• Full-time employment
• Work hours are 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
• Overtime may be required as needed.
• May change based on operational needs.
