The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced & qualified HVAC / Refrigeration Technician to join our growing team, this position is predominantly focused on domestic service, repairs and installations, with occasional commercial work.
You’ll work both independently and alongside a skilled team, contributing to smooth job delivery through strong technical capability, this hands-on role will be conducting site assessments, customer quotes and carrying out installs of new HVAC and refrigeration systems. You’ll be coordinating install projects and working closely with our Installation Admin Team to ensure the units and resources are ordered and available when required.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair HVAC/Refrigeration systems
Attend domestic service and breakdown calls
Complete quoted repairs and provide clear customer recommendations
Carry out preventative and programmed maintenance
Conduct site visits and assist with quoting for installation work
Install new HVAC/Refrigeration systems
Support job coordination by ensuring units/resources are ordered for upcoming projects
Maintain high standards of workmanship, customer service and professionalism
Ensure all work complies with safety, company standards and relevant regulations
Complete job documentation via our digital job management platform

What We’re Looking For
Qualified and Licenced Refrigeration Mechanic / Air Conditioning Installer
VBA / BPC
Refrigerant Handling Licence (ARCtick RAC01)
Current Driver Licence
White Card (Construction Induction)
Strong technical knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning systems
Proven ability to manage tasks with minimal supervision and take initiative
High attention to quality, safety and customer experience
Strong communication skills and a professional approach on-site
