Responsibilities
As a Residential Service HVAC Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional HVAC services to our valued residential clients
Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of residential HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues to identify the root cause of malfunctions and recommend effective solutions
Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and identify potential problems before they escalate
Install, repair, or replace components, such as compressors, motors, fans, thermostats, filters, and ductwork
Collaborate with team members to coordinate work schedules, prioritize service calls, and efficiently complete assignments
Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their concerns, explaining repair options, and providing recommendations for system improvements
Accurately document service activities, including equipment status, repairs performed, parts used, and time spent on each job
Stay updated on industry advancements, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance technical skills and knowledge
