The Opportunity

This role is ideal for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who is ready to move into Technical Support and Warranty Services.

You will play a key role in supporting contractors, customers, and internal teams by providing technical advice, troubleshooting support, and warranty guidance via phone, email, and online systems.

You’ll also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, technical documentation, and knowledge sharing across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical and warranty support to customers, contractors, and internal teams
Respond to technical support and warranty requests via phone, email, and online systems
Troubleshoot HVAC system and controls issues remotely
Assist with warranty investigations and invoice processing within required timeframes
Build strong relationships with key contractors and service partners
Contribute to technical documentation, training materials, and process improvements
Support and promote safe work practices and environmental responsibility
Participate in after-hours support and occasional interstate or local travel when required

Skills and Experience Required

Trade qualification in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
Current ARCtick licence (essential)
Strong background in HVAC field service, technical support, or warranty services
Solid understanding of HVAC system design, mechanics, and system controls
Minimum 10 years’ experience within the air conditioning industry
Confident communicator who can explain technical concepts clearly
Strong customer service mindset with effective problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments
Willingness to share knowledge and support the development of others
