The opportunity
This role is ideal for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who is ready to transition into Technical Support. You will provide expert advice, troubleshooting, and product support to customers, contractors, and internal teams.
You will also have the opportunity to contribute to training materials, system improvements, and technical documentation.
Key responsibilities
Provide technical support to customers, contractors, and internal teams
Troubleshoot HVAC system issues via phone and email
Assist with warranty claims and technical investigations
Support process improvements and technical documentation
Skills and experience required
Trade qualification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
Current ARCtick licence is essential
Strong background in HVAC field service or technical support
Confident communicator who explains technical concepts clearly
Customer focused with strong problem solving skills
Able to work independently and as part of a supportive team
