Pay: $29.00-$34.00 per hour

PaySchedule
• $29.00-$34.00 per hour, plus spiffs
• Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
• Rotating on-call schedule

What You'll Do
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems
• Deliver excellent customer service and clearly explain repair and replacement options
• Recommend HVAC solutions tailored to customer needs
• Perform high-quality work while following safety and company standards
• Work efficiently during regular hours with occasional overtime during peak seasons
What We're Looking For
• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and follow safety procedures
Preferred (Not Required)
• NATE Certification
