We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Technician to grow our team!
Robidoux Heating & Air Conditioning is a locally owned and operated, full service residential heating and air conditioning company, serving the Ottawa community for over 19 years.
This full-time position will involve installing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC equipment.

Responsibilities:
Effectively and efficiently install HVAC equipment, as well as perform HVAC maintenance, service, and repair; both in a team setting and independently.
Accountable for the delivery of high-quality customer service and provides high quality workmanship on all jobs and projects.
Ability to present self in a highly professional manner to others and understands that honesty and ethics are essential.
Adheres to all safety rules and procedures and relevant regulatory requirements.
Responsible for ensuring that all tools and equipment used are in good and safe working order.
Responsible for keeping vehicles clean and neat both inside and out in keeping with the company’s professional image.
Qualifications:
Must have a valid Gas Fitter 2 License.
Valid Class G Driver’s License with a clean record
Valid Working from Heights certificate (Asset)
Candidates must successfully meet the requirements of a criminal reference check.
Valid Residential Air Conditioning License -313D (Asset)
Valid ozone depletion card (Asset)
English (Required), French (Asset).
Experience:
Minimum of 1-year recent HVAC Equipment Installation experience.
Experience servicing HVAC Equipment (Asset).
Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and effectively within a team environment, completing the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC elements.
Comfortable working from heights and using a ladder.
Experience using Field Service Management Software is an asset.

Effective diagnostic and troubleshooting skills; strong problem-solving abilities.

Must possess excellent attention to detail skills.
Must be punctual and dependable.
Must be physically capable of performing all work required of this position, including heavy lifting, frequent bending, squatting/ kneeling, working inside and outside in all types of weather,

Competitive pay rates from $26-$38/hour (commensurate with experience).

Immediate opportunity to start 313D apprenticeship after successful completion of three months probationary period.
Job Type:
Full time, Monday to Thursday, 7:30am -5:00pm
Fridays flexible depending on employee’s needs and company workload.
Evening or On-Call shifts may occasionally be required.
Guaranteed minimum 35hrs/ week. Typical 40-44hrs/week.
This is a long-term, permanent position in a quality work environment, with a reputable local business.
