HVAC Technician
Technician required in the field of Mechanical, Electrical, Carpentry, HVAC and Plumbing). The candidate must be service oriented with knowledge of DDC equipment, refrigeration, cooling systems, wood works, sewage works, maintenance work, repair works and plumbing systems. Should have hands on experience in the maintenance field with a thorough understanding of mechanical systems, electricity including HVAC, carpentry and plumbing including STP operation.
This is an essential positionthat may be required to report to work when the university is closed or during inclement weather or during exigencies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform maintenance on all HVAC/mechanical systems on campus, repair of electrical, repair of woodworks & carpentry and plumbing systems.
• It will be a position is part on the on-call rotation and will have to provide support to resolve the problems/issues.
Education & Experience
• A minimum of five years of commercial experience required
• Diploma / ITI/NCTVT in the subject area of work
• Relevant PWD license is mandatory
• Individual with multiskills ability will be preferred
