Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Heating Air Conditioning Technician at Central Park in Gurugram. The Heating Air Conditioning Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting HVAC systems, performing plumbing tasks, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring compliance with EPA regulations. The Technician will also handle electrical tasks related to heating and cooling systems.
Qualifications
• Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance skills
• Experience in plumbing and electrical work
• Knowledge of EPA regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• High attention to detail and safety consciousness
• Relevant certifications such as HVAC Technician or Electrician
• Prior experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus
