• Maintain PPM and APM schedule with check list of the AHU , TFA, Exhaust, Fresh air fan, FCU with proper documentation

• Maintain records in logbooks and keeps proper follow up.

• Maintain daily log of readings which was obtained from instrumentation .

• Resolve guest room complaints in a time and takes a feedback from guest.

• Co ordination with other department and maintain plant temperature as per requirement

Pay: ₹264,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
