Job Description
Our organization is looking for a highly-skilled HVAC technician to Repair, install and maintain systems that provide heating, cooling and ventilation. You will install the necessary piping, ductwork and electrical connections to ensure that the system is properly installed. Also, you will need to perform preventative maintenance by cleaning equipment, changing filters, etc. In addition to your technical skills, we expect you to be knowledgeable about HVAC systems. We also need someone with strong communication skills who will be able to communicate with building owners on a daily basis in order to hear their concerns and send them friendly reminders on maintenance issues. Your goal is to keep our customers satisfied with our work throughout the life of their systems.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair heating and air-conditioning units.
Fan coil And Heat pump Maintenance & dryer lint cleaning
Evaluate and inspect HVAC equipment (e.g. Fan coil , Heat pump, gas lines, water heaters, ac and furnace etc.).
modify and install HVAC systems to maximize energy efficiency.
Conduct energy efficiency tests and determine if improvements are required.
Recommend repairs, such as installing insulation or sealing leaks
Perform preventive maintenance to extend the life of HVAC equipment.
Plan for future development and ensure compliance with local building codes and permits.
maintain and repair high rise condo heat pump and fan coil
Educate clients about HVAC system maintenance and new technology which may be acquired.
313D license is required
