Citycare Property specialises in maintaining installed equipment to perfection. From project work to routine care, preventative maintenance to reactive response, we're dedicated to
excellence.
We are currently seeking two full-time HVAC Technicians to join our team in Christchurch. This is a permanent position offering a minimum of 40 hours per week. The pay range is $30 to $40 per hour, depending on experience, plus a non-taxable tool allowance of $0.85 per hour. Estimated earnings $64,500 - $84,500 Per annum
What You’ll Bring to the Table | Nga Mea ka Mauria e Koe ki te Runanga:
Full Class 1 Driver Licence
Either a NZQF level 4 qualification in a relevant subject or 3 years of relevant work
experience
Enthusiastic and enjoy working in a customer-facing, service-industry environment
Physically fit with an emphasis on health and safety
What You’ll Be Doing | Nga Kawenga Takohanga
Working along skilled technicians to ensure successful maintenance work is completion.
Installation and commissioning of newly installed equipment
Able to carry out, maintenance, installation and repair of HVAC and Electrical systems on
commercial projects/properties.
Trouble shooting, working on a variety of equipment in a variety of properties
Work as a team contributing to development of the team and information sharing between
Providing technical expertise and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
