This role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for a diverse range of commercial and residential properties. You will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting complex HVAC issues, performing routine inspections, and conducting preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and longevity. This position demands a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, refrigeration principles, and relevant safety codes. Experience with various types of HVAC equipment, including chillers, boilers, and rooftop units, is essential. The successful candidate will be adept at reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
