Your Role:

🔧 Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems or plumbing infrastructure

📋 Conduct routine inspections to maintain system efficiency

🛠 Work with residential and commercial clients

✔️ Ensure compliance with industry codes and safety standards

🤝 Collaborate in a team-oriented work environment

What We’re Looking For:

✅Minimum 2+ years of experience in HVAC or plumbing

✅Strong troubleshooting, installation, and repair skills

✅Ability to read blueprints & technical diagrams

✅Valid driver’s license & clean driving record

✅EPA or plumbing license preferred (not required!)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $75000.00/yr.

Paid for Trade School Opportunity with the local ABC Program (Associated Builders and Contractors of Iowa)
Work Year Round
Have been in business for 20+ years and just merged with another company in WDM
Smaller but growing company.

Very involved in the DSM Community. Partner with local charities such as Food Bank of Iowa, Autism Speaks, and Children and Families of Iowa. They want to support these groups so they can help improve and change lives locally.
