This role requires expertise in plumbing, HVAC systems, and a deep understanding of the unique needs and codes of medical environments
Estimate Preparation: Prepare detailed cost estimates for HVAC systems in commercial and medical projects, including hospitals and clinics
Review Plans and Specifications: Analyze project plans, blueprints, and specifications to determine project requirements
Material and Labor Take-offs: Perform accurate material and labor take-offs for all components of the HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, controls, and mechanical equipment
Vendor and Subcontractor Management: Obtain competitive quotes from suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications and budgets

Position Overview
