Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hybrid Event Executive, based in Ahmedabad. The Hybrid Event Executive will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing hybrid events, both physical and virtual. This includes managing event logistics, collaborating with clients and teams to ensure seamless event delivery, overseeing the technical aspects of virtual platforms, and addressing any real-time challenges during events. The role also involves maintaining vendor relationships, ensuring events are cost-effective, and providing post-event analysis.
Qualifications
• Event Planning, Coordination, and Project Management skills
• Understanding of technologies associated with hybrid or virtual events, including platform operations
• Vendor Management and Budgeting experience
• Strong Communication and Client Relationship Management skills
• Problem-Solving and Time-Management skills, with an ability to address on-site and virtual event challenges effectively
• Flexibility to work on-site and adapt to varying schedules
• Proficiency in digital tools such as presentation software and event management applications is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience is preferred
