Bartender - $8 HR
Server - $4.75 HR
Primary Responsibilities:
Guest Service & Hospitality
Greet all guests with enthusiasm, warmth, and professionalism.
Provide knowledgeable recommendations and answer questions about food, beverages, and venue facilities.
Ensure that guests have a positive and memorable dining experience.
Handle guest concerns effectively, escalating to supervisors when necessary.
Food & Beverage Service
Accurately take and enter food and drink orders into the system.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following company recipes and responsible service guidelines.
Deliver food and drinks to guests in a timely manner, ensuring order accuracy.
Follow all food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols.
Bar & Table Maintenance
Set up, clean, and maintain bar and dining areas throughout the shift.
Prepare drink garnishes and maintain full bar stock levels.
Clear tables and reset them for new guests as needed.
Report any equipment issues or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
Cash Handling & Compliance
Process payments, including cash and credit card transactions, accurately and efficiently.
Verify guest identification for ******* purchases and follow responsible service guidelines.
Follow all company policies, health regulations, and safety procedures.
Teamwork & Communication
Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and supervisors.
Assist co-workers in completing tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Attend required meetings and complete side work duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol.
Previous experience in bartending and/or serving preferred.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Must maintain proper ******* service certifications.
