Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end development process of SAP Hybris projects, including requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and project managers to understand project requirements and translate them into efficient technical solutions using SAP Hybris.
Design and develop scalable and high-performing SAP Hybris applications, extensions, and integrations based on best practices and industry standards.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering their growth and ensuring the quality of their deliverables.
Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure adherence to software development methodologies.
Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining the stability and performance of SAP Hybris solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, infrastructure, and operations, to ensure smooth delivery and successful implementation of projects.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP Hybris, emerging technologies, and industry trends, and leverage them to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in SAP Hybris development, with a strong focus on B2C projects.
Extensive knowledge and expertise in SAP Hybris platform, including architecture, customization, and extension development.
Proficiency in Java/J2EE, Microservices, Spring boot.
Experience with front-end web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Strong understanding of RESTful web services, APIs, and integration patterns.
In-depth knowledge of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
Proven experience in leading and delivering complex SAP Hybris projects from conception to deployment.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools.
SAP Hybris certification is highly desirable.
