Ray Bateman Enterprises is a growing hydro excavation company based in West St. Paul. We’re looking for someone to join our growing team as a Hydrovac Swamper (helpler). No experience? No problem — we’re happy to train the right candidate.
You’ll be part of a positive, safety-conscious team of dependable, hard-working, well spirited individuals who take pride in their work. If you’re reliable, motivated, and eager to learn, we’d love to have you on board.
Duties
• Assist operator with setup / tear down.
• Digging holes.
• Interact professionally with customers and the public.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications & what you bring to the team
• Valid Class 5 driver's license.
• Reliable transportation to and from yard. As it is not located on a bus route.
• Ability to work independently or as a part of a crew to perform all types of work.
• Strong work ethic- self-disciplined, motivated, and organized.
• Safety-first mindset and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions and environments.
