Description
• End-to-End management of overall sales, brand profitability on the food aggregator channels
• Create solid marketing plans for online channels (e.g. Swiggy, Zomato) and serve as the primary point of contact with Account Managers.
• Plan and execute marketing initiatives for menu changes, special menus, menu reengineering and rebranding campaigns on all third parties.
• Manage monthly marketing budgets for overall brand – tracked down to budget spent at individual outlets level
• Track Return on Ad Spends per existing outlet and optimise the spends based on metrics
• Create and manage launch plan for every new outlet
• Track new campaigns going live on online platforms – with the Account Managers – and get Artinci on relevant campaigns to maximise visibility
• Supervise and Manage the
Platform Sales Operations:
o Ensure Hygiene checks are conducted on online platforms on brand and outlet listings – e.g. Menu, Photographs, Tags, Cost for one / Cost for two, visibility on relevant banners Etc.
o Assign core team-members to train the outlet staff and give them feedback on their performance, based on restaurant health metrics, on a weekly basis
o Ensure Supply team is working in agile way to ensure inventory availability across locations
o Review Customer Reviews and line up appropriate actions – feedback to production team / training or retraining to outlets on order fulfilment
o Lead the city scouting team to identify, lead negotiations and appoint Dark stores partners
o Scout and onboard new upcoming online stores / partners for possible vendor / partner empanelment.
• Review and Report on key metrics – track weekly Restaurant Health Metrics, operational performance reporting, campaign performance, Week on week sales metrics, customer repeat rates
• Study competitor trends and work with the management to create a market leading portfolio
