Job description
We are seeking a talented and creative Communication Designer to join our brand. As a Communication Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand identity and effectively communicating our message to our target audience. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling and engaging designs across various digital and print platforms.
• Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a strong brand identity for the brand, ensuring consistency and coherence across all communication channels.
- Design print materials such as catalogs, packaging, and promotional materials, aligning with the brand's aesthetic and visual standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that effectively convey brand values and engage customers.
- Generate design concepts and artwork for advertising campaigns, including online advertisements, ensuring they resonate with the target audience.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of visual quality and consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovation to the brand's visual communication.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including photographers, copywriters, and marketing specialists, to develop cohesive and compelling visual assets.
- Conduct periodic design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve design effectiveness and impact.
• Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a Communication Designer or in a similar role, preferably in the fashion or jewelry industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout design principles.
- Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in digital and print media.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and articulate design concepts and ideas.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to overcome design challenges.
- Passion for jewelry and fashion, with a keen interest in staying updated on industry trends.
• Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Jacob Bartush, (Sr. Design Manager) for the Marketing Shared Services department at Perforce is searching for a Digital Production Designer to join the team. This position will work closely with Marketing stakeholders and our Design team to produce top-notch digital graphics that support our websites, social channels, and Marketing campaigns while adhering to established brand standards. In your role as a digital production designer, your day-to-day tasks will consist of creating graphics based on input or provided templates, collaborating with other teams to define requirements, create and iterate on design solutions, and contribute expertise for various digital products. • Responsibilities:
- Create compelling, modern graphics for our websites, presentations, and collateral that align with brand standards.
- Maintain and update existing web pages as needed.
- Update, revise internal
- and external-facing presentations in Powerpoint format.
- Design and layout of marketing collateral based on provided templates including product brochures, datasheets, white papers, eBooks, infographics, and others.
- Follow, maintain, and improve style guides and corporate marketing templates.
- Ability to manage/complete up to 20% of the teams total tasks
- Effectively self-manage daily and weekly assigned tasks
- Top-notch communication on statuses and updates to your direct manager.
• Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in graphic or web design.
- Intermediate/advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Intermediate/advanced knowledge of core Microsoft Word and Powerpoint.
- Ability to understand and edit HTML and CSS.
- 2 years of experience in the software or technology-related industry is desired, but not required.
- 3-5 years of design experience
- Ability to participate in design discussions and provide constructive feedback during planning and strategy discussions
- Quick translate ideas into sketches, wireframes, mockups and/or interactive prototypes
- Iterate on new designs based on team feedback and input
- Create and execute concepts for digital advertising
- Strong portfolio that showcases work both from an aesthetic and strategic point of view
• Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with a website Content Management System (Wordpress, Drupal, Magento, etc.)
