Identity and Access Management Services team manages and develops IT services that enable automated workflows to manage internal, external and customer user identities, email addresses and access rights for defined applications. Team works with applications like NetIQ IDM, Efecte, Azure AD, Active Directory, LDAP and Access Manager.
As an IT Consultant, Identity and Access Management Services, you will manage daily operations acting as 3rd level support, being next level contact for analysing IAM related issues, maintain problem documentation and resolution procedures, ensure that information security guidelines are followed
What we expect from you?
Your responsibilities include:
- Managing vendor contribution in application support
- Owning and maintaining the support documentations
- Ensuring System quality via technical excellence
- Participation in 3rd level support and development projects
- Identifying opportunities, managing or submitting proposals for improvements with respect to tools, training, process, procedures and work instructions
- Contributing to the Way of Working practices in Konecranes IT
- Awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 Standards
To succeed in this position, you are expected to have a hands-on attitude, good teamwork skills as well as analysis and problem-solving skills. You also need to be able to communicate in English, both spoken and written. Earlier knowledge about Identity and Access Management is required.
Some travelling may be required.
