Job Title: IAM Engineer
Summary:
Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing identity and access management (IAM) solutions to ensure secure user access across systems and applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain IAM integrations with Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud platforms.
• Automate provisioning, deprovisioning, and access workflows using scripts (PowerShell, Python, etc.).
• Implement SSO, MFA, and federation (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
• Manage role-based access control (RBAC) and enforce least privilege.
• Troubleshoot authentication and authorization issues.
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to align IAM policies.
Skills:
• Active Directory / Azure AD
• PowerShell / Python scripting
• SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth, OIDC
• IAM tools (Okta, SailPoint, Ping, CyberArk, etc.)
• Strong understanding of IAM architecture and security principles
