IAM Security Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IAM Security Specialist to join our Cyber team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing identity and access management solutions to help our clients understand the threat, reduce their risk, and increase their resilience against cyber-attacks.

Main Responsibilities

Design and implement IAM solutions using Sailpoint

Develop security roadmaps and architect best practice / best fit solutions

Collaborate with Cyber, IT, and the wider business to translate business and security strategy and goals into security success

Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A strong background in IAM including architecture and design of IAM solutions

Experience designing security roadmaps and architecting best practice / best fit solutions

Knowledge of Sailpoint and other IAM technologies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
