We are seeking a skilled OAM / OARM Support Engineer to provide operational support, monitoring, and troubleshooting for Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. The role involves maintaining authentication and authorization services, supporting reporting requirements, and ensuring high availability and security of access management systems.
Technical Skills
• Strong experience with Oracle Access Manager (OAM 11g/12c).
• Hands-on support experience with OARM.
Knowledge of:
• LDAP (Oracle Internet Directory, AD, LDAP concepts).
• WebLogic Server administration.
• SSO protocols (SAML, OAuth basics, HTTP headers, cookies).
• Log analysis and troubleshooting skills.
