We are now a growing Enterprise EdTech- start up- of 130+ passionate NEOs based out of Coimbatore offering 5 products to universities, corporates and students across India, setting benchmarks in the learning and assessment process. Job role:
We are looking for an experienced technical content writer and content strategist to craft simple, user-focused content for our products. Your work will help customers and advisors find the answers they need, when and where they need them
Responsibilities:
- Produce well-researched content for publication online on how to use the technical product
- Understanding of basic usability principles
- Crafting content plans and using data to make decisions
- Organize writing schedules to complete drafts of content or finished projects within deadlines
- Utilize industry best practices and familiarity with the organization's mission to inspire ideas and content
Requirements:
- 4 years and above relevant work experience
- Proven record of excellent writing demonstrated in a professional portfolio
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Experience writing sleek, user-focused content
- Tech-savvy with the ability to make complex matters easy-to understand for non-technical people
- Experience in researching, outlining, and writing technical content such as guides, studies, and papers.
- Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision
- Strict adherence to the style guides of each company and their policies for publication
- Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
- Proficiency with computers, especially writing programs, such as Google Docs and Microsoft -Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree in English, communications, linguistics, or related field (Master's degree, a plus)
