Job Title - Associate, Origination & Advisory, Investment Banking Coverage
Location - Mumbai, India
Role Description
Origination & Advisory Desk is part of DB's Investment Bank. Origination & Advisory Desk builds and maintains relationships with corporates and financial sponsors.
You will be responsible for supporting on transaction execution and pitching for new advisory mandates.

Your key responsibilities:
Origination and execution support
Preparing marketing materials for deal origination efforts
Build and maintain marketing collaterals and deal-related materials
Work and coordinate with other product teams in the bank in building out a custom solution for clients
Select client interaction
Day-to-day execution support on live deals
End-to-end transaction support including due diligence
Create, maintain and assist in tracking sectoral trends and related materials
Your skills and experience
Experience in working on M&A transactions with end-to-end execution experience
Sector agnostic experience but experience in infrastructure / renewables / industrials would be preferable
Highly motivated person with initiative, willing to learn and actively blend with the internal and external stakeholders.
Problem solving abilities and excellent communication skills
Fast thinking, dynamic and a strong work ethic while being a team player
Well-skilled in financial modelling, usage of databases such as Bloomberg, Factset, Thomson Eikon
Relevant work experience of at least 5 years in Front Office
Educational qualification: MBA or CA / CFA
