Job Responsibilities
- 1. Ensure successful execution of training needs
2. Measure program training effectiveness
3.Responsible for ongoing observations of direct reports, providing guidance,
4. Send reports/MIS to the Operations team on the progress/pending status of activities
5. Review content at regular intervals to ensure all updates are incorporated
6. Participate in Internal & External Calibrations
7. Conduct refresher training based on TNI
8. Manage Knowledge Check for New Hires’ & Production Staff.
Knowledge, Skills, Other Abilities
- +. Very Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
10. Customer/ Client Handling Skills
11. Ability to work during all shifts
12.Experience in any product/process/soft skill/up-skilling training
13.Six Months to One Year years of experience in Training
14 Any Degree
15. Male and Female both are fine
16. Work Location - Bommanahalli - Bangalore.
17.Salary as per the company standards
• Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
