Job Description:
• IBM BPM/Business Automation Workflow Development
• At least 8 years of experience modelling processes using IBM BPM Process Designer, implementing UCAs, Ajax, Generic System Services.
• Should be experienced in IBM BPM with Java background.
• Mandatory Functional Skills Defines expected behaviours of service in terms of performance, service levels, and so on.
• Design and implement KPIs, SLAs, and dashboards within the BPM product
• Demonstrable experience working with Process Designer, BPDs and Coach Framework as a Front-End technology.
• XML, XPath, XSLT, SOAP and Web services, REST and Junit
• Hand on experience on designing BPD's/Processes
• Good knowledge on WSDL and REST integration
• Good knowledge on IID
• Knowledge on teams and team service
• Good knowledge on best practices and performance related concepts
• Good DB knowledge. Oracle knowledge would be desirable
• Experience in customization of BAW UI would be good to have
• Good to have experience with other middleware tools like IIB, B2B, APIC
• IBM BPM/Business Automation Workflow Administration.
• Troubleshooting IBM BPM Issues and with IBM using PMR.
• IBM BPM Installation, Configuration, Support and Troubleshooting including Process Center, Process Server, WebSphere Application Server. Production Support Skills for the IBM BPM Environment.
• BPM/WebSphere security, access and roles setup and configuration WebSphere Application Server Administration & working knowledge of Linux.
• Knowledge of webserver integration with IBM BPM Installation and configuration of BPM (Standard) Servers and Web Server Load Balancing.

• Candidate should be able to coordinate with Infra support team and Application Support teams (Onsite/Offshore).
