Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service
Scoop and serve ice cream, pints, flights and sandwiches
Handle transactions accurately using a POS system
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including counters, tables, and equipment
Restock toppings, cones, and other supplies as needed
Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Answer customer questions about flavors, ingredients, and allergens
Work as a team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
Qualifications:
Friendly and outgoing personality
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
Previous food service experience is a plus, but not required
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for long periods
Frequent bending, scooping, lifting (up to 20 lbs), and reaching
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
