Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards. Provide insights into financial performance and trends to support decision-making by senior management.

• Taxation and Compliance: Manage taxation matters, including income tax, GST, and other regulatory filings. Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations and provide guidance on tax planning strategies to optimize the bank's tax position.

• Audit and Assurance: Coordinate internal and external audits, including statutory audits, tax audits, and concurrent audits. Address audit queries and recommendations, implement corrective actions, and enhance internal
