About this opportunity:

ICC Sydney is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated ICT Graduate to join our dynamic ICT Venue Operations team. This is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting world-class events, cutting-edge audiovisual systems and critical business operations in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will:

Provide technical and operational support across all ICT services to ensure seamless event delivery and business operations.

Monitor and assist in managing the ICT Internal Helpdesk, resolving user requests efficiently.

Install, configure, troubleshoot and decommission ICT services and equipment.

Support departmental projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, delivering exceptional customer service.

Required Skills & Experience:

Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, or related.

Experience in a professional customer service environment.

Strong understanding of ICT fundamentals including networking, operating systems and cybersecurity.

Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Valid working rights in Australia.

You must be 18 years or over.
