Key Job Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end ICT project delivery for Matricle's ERP implementations, from initial client requirements gathering to system support, ensuring projects are completed within agreed timeframes, scope, and quality standards
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or equivalent, establishing clear milestones and deliverables
Oversee day-to-day project operations including resourcing, scheduling, prioritisation, and task coordination across multidisciplinary teams
Lead client integration projects involving third-party platforms such as Xero, Shopify, and other API-based systems, ensuring seamless connectivity and data flow
Manage end-to-end system integration activities including API specification, interface adaptation, and end-to-end connectivity testing
Oversee data migration activities, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and minimal business disruption for clients throughout the migration process
Coordinate with internal development, testing, and infrastructure teams to ensure technical alignment and successful deployment
Establish and maintain project governance, including RAID management (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), scope change control, and progress tracking
Ensure adherence to quality standards and project management methodologies as defined by the organisation
Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and system testing activities, ensuring deliverables meet client requirements and quality expectations
Document project specifications, technical integration details, and client-specific configurations to support knowledge transfer and ongoing maintenance
Candidate Requirements
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in ICT project management, with a proven track record of delivering software implementation or system integration projects in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment.
Technical Project Delivery: Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end project lifecycles, including requirements gathering, resource coordination, system integration, API connectivity, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Integration & Data Migration: Hands-on experience with third-party system integrations and data migration projects, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption to client operations.
Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to liaise between technical teams (developers, testers, support) and non-technical clients, translating business needs into clear technical requirements.
Project Management Tools: Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar, including the use of Gantt charts, WBS, and resource planning.
Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with database concepts, SQL, and API technologies; experience with Python or similar scripting languages is a plus.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to produce clear project documentation and client-facing reports.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage project risks, scope changes, and issue resolution effectively.
