Job Description
The Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission's ICT Service Delivery function is responsible for delivering critical support services to ensure effective management of ICT goods and services, monitoring contract renewals in collaboration with contract managers, and vendor performance under relevant ICT sourcing contracts.
The ICT Sourcing Specialist plays a key role in partnership with the agency's Procurement team to deliver ICT procurements from transactional to strategic levels. This specialist procurement and contract support expert provides critical assistance for a range of important ICT Services to ACIC and our policing partners, many of which have underlying support and maintenance contracts.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting the procurement of ICT goods and services
Maintaining accurate records of contract renewals in collaboration with contract managers
Tracking vendor performance under relevant ICT sourcing contracts
