Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Provide on-site and remote ICT support to end users and clients
Install, configure, test, maintain, and troubleshoot printers and scanners (essential)
Support desktop, laptop, and mobile devices running Windows and macOS
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues
Assist with system administration tasks, including user accounts, access permissions, and backups
Test ICT systems and equipment to ensure performance, security, and reliability
Maintain accurate documentation of issues, fixes, and configurations
Work closely with clients to deliver prompt and professional technical support
Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience in an ICT Support / Systems Support / Technical Support role
Strong hands-on experience with printers and scanners is mandatory
Solid working knowledge of Windows and MacOS environments
Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Qualifications
Certificates, Diploma, or Degree in ICT or related field – desirable but not required
Relevant industry experience will be highly regarded in place of formal qualifications
