The Opportunity

Due to continued business growth, we are seeking a motivated and technically skilled ICT Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Hanshow’s ESL and digital store technologies across Australia. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, retail clients, and international colleagues to ensure system stability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the installation and maintenance of ESL systems

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues related to deployments

Collaborate with internal teams for system integration and real-time problem-solving

Conduct system testing and QA during deployments and upgrades

Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to enhance product functionality

Prepare technical documentation and training materials

Liaise with the Head Office (in China) for application-level support

Support system integration between Hanshow solutions and client platforms

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Minimum 1 year of experience in ICT support, preferably in retail technology or IoT

Strong knowledge of network configuration, system integration, and troubleshooting

Excellent project management and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with JavaScript and HTML is an advantage

Prior exposure to ESL technology or retail systems is highly desirable

Strong communication skills and ability to work across international teams

Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is essential, due to frequent communication with our head office and international technical teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $+0,000.00 per year
