JAVTech Solutions is an IT Service Provider with over 10+ years of experience supporting SMEs and Education environments. We are a team of 20+ dedicated professionals committed to providing our clients with the latest and most advanced technology solutions.
We are looking for motivated, tech-savvy individuals who enjoy working with people and are eager to grow their IT careers. As a key member of our supportive and experienced team, you’ll provide hands-on support across educational environments statewide.
If you have strong communication skills, a passion for learning, and experience with Windows, Apple, networking, or cloud tools – we want to hear from you. Prior experience in schools is a plus, but not essential. A Working with Children Check is required.

Candidates are required to understand the following:
Windows Server Technologies (Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP).
Service and management of Windows and Apple devices.
Network Administration (Cisco/HP Switching).
Cloud collaboration resources (Google Apps / Microsoft 365).
The following qualities will be highly valued:
Experience in an educational setting, along with knowledge of wireless deployments and projects.
Experience with planning, deployment and management of multi-user/devices in an enterprise environment.
The ability to plan and work collaboratively with management.
In this role at your allocated schools, you will be expected to:
Provide End User Support.
Support Core Infrastructure.
Maintain ICT Security and Privacy.
Coordinate ICT Incidents.
Create and Maintain Documentation.
Provide ICT Planning and Advice where applicable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $77,500.00 – $79,000.00 per year
Experience:
Microsoft Windows Server: 1 year (Preferred)
Help desk: 2 years (Preferred)
