Job Requirements
• Perform professional nursing care to the patients admitted to the obstetrics, gynecology, and pediatric department.
• Maintain skills and knowledge by participating in various nurse education programs, seminars, staff meetings, and workshops.
• Demonstrate priority-setting skills and timelines in responding to patients' needs.
• Collaborate with other functions/ teams in executing the given tasks
• To support team members in meeting the organization's unified goal
• To give psychological support to patients in all kinds of situations.
• Maintains a cooperative relationship among healthcare teams by communicating information, responding to requests, and building rapport with them
• Diagnosing the disease by analyzing the patient’s symptoms and taking required actions for his/her recovery in consultation with a doctor.
• To provide individualized nursing care for each patient according to their needs.
• Educate patients and families regarding breastfeeding, newborn care, C-Section care, etc.
Work Experience
• A nursing degree.
• Post-qualification nursing experience.
• Valid nursing board registration.
• Able to work in a multicultural team.
• Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Continue professional development activities.
