About This Job

We are seeking a qualified Maori language teacher to provide one-to-one classes to a client in Canberra.

The client would like to have classes at her home in Canberra 2+12 or a public location in Gungahlin, held once per week on Wednesday or Thursday at 1500 or after, starting as soon as possible.

The course will consist of 30 hours of classes, with two hours per session.

The client's level is beginner and would like to focus on conversation.

Ideal Candidate

A native speaker of the Maori language or hold a teaching degree.

Experience as a language teacher, translator, or interpreter.

A valid working visa.

Reside within 20 miles from the client's location.

The location of the classes and schedule can be flexible based on your and the client's availability.

The hourly rate is negotiable depending on qualifications and experience.

This is a freelance part-time position, and we are not able to sponsor your visa.
